Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Foodyana
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Cancellation Rights and Return
1. Order Cancel by Customer before delivery of the item Company allows cancellation of order only " if the ordered item by the customer is still in the process by merchant ". if Your cancellation is accepted we refund the ordered item amount within a reasonable period of time
2. Order Cancellation by Foodyana Sometimes your order cannot be delivered or got canceled by the merchant due to the unavailability of the items the deducted amount will be refunded
3.Order Replacement/Missing items Company offers items replacement in some cases and we may offer missing items amount refund
4.Items Leakage or Packaging issues we offer a refund on items if there are packaging issues on items
5.Items not qualified for Return we don't offer returns and refund on the item once the item is used or product original packaging is missing
Refund ProcessAfter Verification if a refund request is legitimate the amount will be refunded in the same way as it was received by Company
